We offer free and fast shipping. Shipping details are as follows:
USA: We ship via UPS from our warehouse in California.
Canada: We ship via Canada Post from our warehouse in Ottawa.

Returns/refunds are accepted as follows:
Before your order has shipped
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time prior to your order dispatching from the warehouse.
After your order has shipped
You may return your Heat Healer for a refund within 30 days of your order being delivered.
A small return shipping fee ($39 or £19) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping.
We don't resell any used Heat Healers (they are either donated or given away). To help us avoid unnecessary returns, please consider the following:
Size & weight of the package
The Heat Healer comes in a box with dimensions 20" x 20" x 10" (50cm x 50cm x 25cm) and a total weight of 24lbs (11kg).

Time to use
The Heat Healer requires 15 minutes of pre-heating before use. Most people then get a good sweat going after about 20 minutes in the Heat Healer and will tend to stay in for a total session of anywhere from 30-60minutes.

No, you won’t be laying in a puddle of sweat! When using the Heat Healer, you should always place a towel down first, on top of the jade and tourmaline stone.
When you sweat, you will sweat into the towel, just the same as you would in a traditional sauna where you would put a towel on the bench first before sitting down.
Don't worry, we know that a sauna blanket might seem like a weird concept at first, but it is actually super easy to keep clean and not at all icky!
You can use your Heat Healer daily if you so choose.
However, we recommend not using the Heat Healer for more than 60-minutes at a time, as you may become overly dehydrated.

We recommend always laying a towel down first, which will help to absorb any sweat and keep the Heat Healer dry.

It is important to remember that the Heat Healer is a heat therapy device and it must be used responsibly. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, please consult with your doctor or health professional first.
Make sure to always follow these responsible use guidelines below:
#1 Always check the Heat Healer for any damage to the blanket or fraying of the cables before use. Do not use the blanket if there is damage.
#2 Always place a towel down inside the blanket first. This will not only help to absorb any sweat, but it will also provide additional comfort during your sauna session.
#3 When using the Heat Healer, always turn it on and let it heat up to the desired temperature first, BEFORE you hop into the blanket. This will ensure that the temperature is comfortable and right for your body before you commence your sauna session.
#4 Always ensure that the blanket is closed appropriately and that the fabric is not crimped or creased upon itself. This will ensure that you don't get 'hot spots' in the blanket.
#5 A good starting temperature is 70c (158f). At this temperature, you should be able to get a good sweat going. Only increase the temperature if you have become familiar with the Heat Healer and are comfortable to do so.
#6 Always listen to your own body and do what is right for you. Never try to 'push' yourself or allow yourself to feel uncomfortable or excessively hot. Your sauna session in the Heat Healer should always be a comfortable and relaxing experience. The Heat Healer will automatically turn off after 60-minutes and this should be regarded as the maximum amount you should use the Heat Healer in any given day.
#7 Always stay hydrated, both before and after your sauna session.
#8 Always allow the Heat Healer to cool down entirely before you fold it up and put it away. It will take approximately 15 minutes to cool down entirely.
#9 Never leave the Heat Healer unattended, especially in the presence of children or pets.
